In English there are three articles that have no specific equivalent in the Hindi language. (Articles का कोई हिन्दी समकक्ष नहीं है |)

These articles are: The , an and a. 

If you have read any amount of English then you have definitely seen them being used. Within articles there are two types: a) Indefinite & b)Definite

(Note that in the last two the word doesn’t start with a vowel but while saying them a vowel sound comes at the beginning / ध्यान दें कि अंतिम दो में शब्द स्वर से शुरू नहीं होता है लेकिन उन्हें बोलते समय शुरुआत में स्वर ध्वनि आती है।.)
